This super sweet evening yoga class is designed to help you work with your body to calm the nervous system, moving through feelings of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. This is a slow and gentle class that brings us back to ourselves before moving into a deep state of rest. Expect to learn more about working with your nervous system - tools you can use in your daily life, followed by a slow and gentle yoga class.

Each class ends with a Yoga Nidra practice,  a  journey through the landscape between sleep and wakefulness. A practice in yoga that translates into 'yogic sleep'.

Nervous System Restore

Tuesdays, Sept. 13th - Oct. 4th at 11:00am EST, 60min

How we feel is primarily based on information being sent from the body to the brain. We can use our yoga practice as a safe space to explore these sensations with curiosity and create opportunities for them to move and flow differently. 


Our body has a natural rhythm that moves between sympathetic and parasympathetic states. We will be using mind/body tools such as breath, body awareness, and movement to come back into that natural rhythm with more ease, creating that sense of safety and connection in the body. 

Expect to learn more about working with your nervous system - tools you can use in your daily life, followed by a flowy, gentle yoga class.
